think the answer is yes but I was searching for information on how to do it

In concrete the compilers are from Texas Instrument C2000,C6000 and others,
just for programming C and assembler.

I've read a book about developing plugins for eclipse, so I'd like to
develop a plugin for CDT for a new Parser error, builder, Content Assist....
