We would like to welcome Megumi as a committer on the Open System
Engineering Project. Megumi has been an Eclipse user and plugin
developer for the past 4 years and has been contributing patches that
showed sufficient evidence of valuable contributions and good judgment.
Her area of focus has been the Action Tracking System (ATS) and the
Application Framework.

Welcome aboard Megumi!!
