the cvs address does not exist! [message #12085]

hi,i am a new guy,i try to download the source from the cvs ,but there is
a error as following:
could not connect to
pserver:anonymous@dev.eclipse.org:/cvsroot/rt/org.eclipse.riena I/O
exception occurred:Connection refused:cvs [pserver
aborted]:/cvsroot/rt/org.eclipse.riena:no such repository

The address is actually host:dev.eclipse.org repository:/cvsroot/rt and then
the base tree for riena projects is org.eclipse.riena. When you specify the
CVS repository in eclipse you only specify pserver:anonymous@dev.eclipse.org/cvsroot/rt
