If you're following the instructions in srcIncludedBuildInstructions.html

file and you're a Windows user, you'll find you also need a command-line
copy of the "zip" utility to complete the build. This should probably be
mentioned in the docs.

Both zip and unzip can be had from the info-zip package. Win32 Executables
available from: http://www.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/

Also a rather nice package of zip, unzip and much-used UNIX command line
tools for Windows can be had from http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/ which
does include zip and unzip even though the author does not specifically
mention them.
