Hi,
I would like errors and warnings in ant xml files to appear in the Task
list and be a part of the build state of the project.

Is this possible?

Do you mean the errors and warnings resulting from an Ant build or the
syntax errors in the Ant Editor?
Neither can currently show as tasks in the Task view.

Sorry, I meant syntax errors in ant build.xml files.

I'll add a feature request.
