aspectJ project does not find jars anymore [message #11620]

Hi, I am definately a newbie in using eclipse and the ajdt extension.

Here is the problem I am running into:
I have successfully got our code compiling using a regular java project.
After, I convert the java project to an aspectj project and try to rebuild
it. Now it does not find certain classes anymore that I have imported.
They exist in jar files and I see them in the Package Explorer as well as
the project properties.... I am baffled....

any ideas what I am doing wrong?
