I have a plugin with a popup menu which is added as a ViewContribution.
I basically have one Menu item created within the plugin.xml, but want to
be able to programmatically add to the menu item one the plugin is
launched / the editor is 'right-clicked'.

Is this possible to do? I have looked all over but cant seem to find how
to get a handle on the popup menu to add things to it!

Any ideas welcome!
