i'm using wtp 0.7rc1, jboss 4.0.0 (plugin from
http://www.davedunkin.com/). i've went into the run->run.. to change the
vm arguments sent to the server on startup. i added some -DMYVAR=MYVAL
items for some kludgy environment variables this application requires.
i've noticed that when i use run-> run.. and select the server, then click
run. it starts ok using the arguments i gave. but if i go to the servers
view, and click the start button, the arguments get reset somehow. does
this happen with other app servers? is this an issue with the jboss
plugin, or with the web tools generic definition?
i realize this problem was discussed prior on this newsgroup, but i
haven't seen mention of a bug report on it and am not aware of the
culprit...
thanks!

This is a server definition behavior. The current release supports
environment variables added to the end/start.
