Two of the three developers in my company use it. The other uses
jBuilder because he's used to it. I had never used a java IDE before,
so a free one was a logical place to start.

It's free, functional and fairly easy to learn, even with no formal
training.

www.eclipse.org has all the answers you need. Count IBM among those
companies.
