I run into a very strange problem that I havan't seen before. Under XP I
try to install plugins (from different sources) with the standard install
feature. The downloading of the plugins start normally but during the
donwload the network connection crashes. It means that there's no
connection for the entire computer not just for eclipse. After that I
close eclipse, the network works again.
I don't understand the reason of this problem, I haven't seen this before.

Is there any way to solve this problem? It's very annoying to work without
good plugins.
