Hi,

I'm getting a NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/ui/plugin/AbstractUIPlugin
in my OSGI application that is attempting to render a GMF diagram and save
it to disk in a servlet. I've been following this tutorial ...
http://www.eclipse.org/equinox/server/http_in_equinox.php. It seems this is
because WorkbenchPlugin can't be activated because org.eclipse.swt.SWTError
cannot be found. Yet, my OSGI framework launch configuration includes the
org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32.x86 fragment where it *should* be found. I also
validate the plugins in this launch configuration and there are no problems.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Can I use SWT in an OSGI framework
application?

Thanks in advance,
Scott

I found my problem. I went blindly mucking with my launch configuration and
at some point I changed the Autot-Start and Start Level values of
org.eclipse.ui@1:true. When I created a new launch configuration the
problem disappeared. I don't know how to use these parameters, but I guess
that's what caused my problem.

The new launch configuration has both these parameters set to default.
