ejb-jar.xml must define a valid DOCTYPE! [message #115627]

Eclipse User

I want to deploy the bean of the tutorial "ZooBeanProject.jar" on jboss
3.2.3. While trying to deploy the file the server says "ejb-jar.xml must
define a valid DOCTYPE!". I'm using eclipse 3.1. Please could anyone help!
