some java files have not complied [message #114976]

I use Eclipse 3.1 and wtp0.7m5

some java file in JavaSource directory,have not compiled to .deployables
directory.

I tried clean and rebuild the project ,but it still skip some file.

I checked that these file is correct ,and can be compile with wsad5.0

Any one can tell me why?
