If I create an annotated Servlet, there is no difference in web.xml to an
not annotated servlet.

this is a known bug, the sollution i found is: copy the "build.properties"
and "tempAnt.xml" files (from:
workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.ejb.annota tions.xdoclet)
directly in your project folder and run the tempAnt.xml (as Ant build). you
will get the requested effect.
