of MDT and the BPMN modeler is part of STP?
Or does MDT only provide a metamodel and STP will provide a modeler? I
think that BPMN2 is a very important step in the BPMN history. Are there
any plans for BPMN2?

The roadmap for BPMN2 is very much dependent on what happens at the OMG. At
this point, I believe the final (supposedly unified) submission is due at
the December technical meeting; this submission will become adopted if
voting is successful, and will likely be the basis for the first release of
the BPMN2 project (0.7), scheduled for June 2009.
