Forgive my newbie confusion, but is there a way to automatically lay out
graph nodes on the screen? The examples on the wiki hard-code the location
of the nodes, and the logic example is blank until you drag components onto
it. I want to draw something similar to a finite-state machine. If the user
deletes a branch or a node, I want the layout to refresh, according to an
algorithm which I was hoping GEF would supply. Is there support for this
behavior, and if so, is there an example of auto-layouts anywhere? Also, has
anyone tried drawing large graphs with hundreds of nodes?
Thanks very much!

We've tried thousands of nodes using the Flow example available from the GEF
downloads page.
Use the new wizard to create a flow example file.
