ok, it was very very very borring
so I closed eclipse, but 30s after, my proc was always at 100% use.
I decided to check in the process list and:
javaw.exe take 99% of my proc.
so I killed javaw.exe and this window appeared:

This error dialog is normal if you kill the JVM that way.
You did not tell us the version of Eclipse and CDT you are using, though
try again, to let us help you.
