I am not sure what you mean, but you can use urls in a chart, go to the
interactivity for Series, Chart Area, or title and choose hyperlink for the
action.

to use url for the part of chart.example: The pie chart have 5 parts,i can
click the one of parts, and come in the other url.

Go to Value Series or Orthogonal Series for Pie Chart, and click on
Interactivity, you can specify the url there.
