TPTP4.3.1 release build(TPTP-4.3.1-200702221346) can't profing websphere6.0 [message #100524]

I configure websphere6.0 runtime server setting in server view. and click
profile action. TPTP4.3.1 can't start and profile websphere6.1. It reports
the following error information in error dialog:
Could not launch in profile mode because no profilers are configured.

But I can start websphere6.0 successfully in server view.
Who can help me? Thanks a lot.
