I am trying to integrate BIRT M03 version with Websphere Studio 5.0. I am
getting the following error while trying to communicate with
RunReport.java through a JSP.

major.minor version 48.0)

at java.security.SecureClassLoader.defineClass(SecureClassLoade r.java:133)

at java.net.URLClassLoader.access$400(URLClassLoader.java:92)

at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:514)
at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Launcher.java:441 )

Srini,

I had a similar problem when using an older JVM.
I believe BIRT still supports 1.4.x and 1.5.x. What version are you using?

You may want to try and recompile RunReport.java with the same Java
version as the app server. I remembered this happened to me when I
slipped and compiled the class with 1.5 and used 1.4 on the app server.
