So, I work for a client who wants to create a windows based fat client.
Seeing their specifications I would recomend Eclipse RCP.
Still I am not sure about a few things concerning the license.
I read and hurd a lot of stuff but none of them gave a clear answer to
these questions:
1. Can I sell my software containing:
a. Eclipse RCP instance
b. my business specific plug-ins
2. Do I have to go open source with my plugins?

I guess I was not clear. The EPL is clear that you do not have to open
source your own code, provided you comply with the terms of the EPL.
