Format Conversion problem with External labels [message #8584]

When the File->Save As Image option is used, the editor elements that are
converted to the JPG, or whichever formats dont display the external
labels that are used in the editor. Is this also related to the bug with
relevance to the external labels positioning and deleting stuff
