1. PRINCIPLE SOFTWARE ENGINEER
------------------------------------------------------------ --------------
DUTIES:
•Lead the design and implementation activities in the team.
•Architect and design the Model-Driven development environment
•Document the architecture, design and other specifications
•Present and communicate the design to customers
•Implement and integrate the design to popular IDEs
•Design and implement other critical software deliverables
•Conduct the unit test, debugging and other maintenances
•Perform other software production and maintenance tasks as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
•A Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or
equivalent discipline is required
•A minimum of eight (8) years experience is required as a Software
Developer engaged in significant software development projects or software
systems, applications or computer systems.
•Experience in producing each of the usual project life-cycle documents &
specifications is required such as requirements specifications, use cases,
designs (especially using UML), test plans, etc. •Examples of major
efforts in which technical leadership was demonstrated
•Proven ability to multi-task, learn independently and to become rapidly
effective in working with existing complex systems TECHNICAL SKILLS:
•Strong Object-Oriented design skills. Proven understanding of design
principles and best practices in software design
•Experience in UML and modeling. Familiar with software modeling process
and tools
•Solid Eclipse plug-in development experience and expert knowledge of the
Eclipse plug-in architecture and eclipse frameworks
•Excellent programming and diagnostic skills in either Java or C++. Proven
excellence in GUI and J2EE application development.
•Ability to apply unit testing to components under development and
maintenance using Junit and other tools
•Knowledge of MS Visual Studio and extension development (for C++ or C#
programming)


NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:
•Proven ability to carry technical vision and provide technical leadership
•Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
•An understanding of negotiation and mediation practices
•A strong sense of process, detail and follow-through
•A strong set of problem solving and analytical skills
•Ability to multi-task across problem domains and various contexts
•Ability to work independently and mentor other engineers in the group
•Resourceful and undaunted in the face of challenges
•Strong sense of urgency and dedication to customer satisfaction

•Work with customers to address special needs
•Perform other software production and maintenance tasks as required
