I'm trying to switch to eclipse for C development. The app I'm working on
uses curses and it bombs because the console doesn't seem to support curses.
I would like to be able to launch the app in an external shell window. Is
there any way to do this?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows when the Apple CDT will come out. I
really enjoy the Java
development Eclipse offers me and it would be great if I could do all my
C/C++ programming in
the same awesome GUI. Thanks.

Cheers,
Paul Gribelyuk

I have the same problem now. The application is running fine if started
in an xterm. But when run from within eclipse i get the error message:
"Error opening terminal: unknown". The message is produced when
"initscr" is called.
Did You resolve the problem ?
