The Principal Engineer will be a key member of the team designing and

Qualifications
5 or more years of enterprise software experience
Track record of developing commercial Eclipse plugins
Experience in developing a full IDE on Eclipse, including the data and
resource models
Deep knowledge of Eclipse graphical frameworks: SWT, JFace, GEF
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Expert Java design and development knowledge
Desired Background
Experience with human factor design
Good understanding of web application development lifecycle
Familiarity with speech application development lifecycle
