If you want to inject a program into a model, or to extract a model into
a program, then you should use TCS.
The Program language in TCS is available in the TCS Zoo:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/TCS/Zoo
The whole scenario (injection, ATL transformation, extraction) could
also be implemented as an ant script
(http://wiki.eclipse.org/AM3_Ant_Tasks).
