Please provide more detail other than "doesn't seem to work."
What have you tried? What were the results?
Most likely you just need to import the binary files from the Nokia SDK
(JARs and/or DLLs) into your Eclipse Project and refer to it from your
application code.
Anyway, more details will help us provide more advice to your problem.
