How to force Text Compare? [message #74004]

I'm trying to use the Compare plugin to compare two text files with the
..wsdl extension. On one system, the Text Compare is used, but on the
other, the Binary Compare is used. I don't have any file association
defined within Eclipse for the .wsdl file extension. On both systems,
double-clicking on the file in the Navigator view opens it with the Text
Editor. How do I force the Compare plugin to use the Text Compare?
