Saving imported EClass types from GMF editor [message #73886]

Hello. I have created a GMF generated editor from a model/graph/map etc...
and I want to be able to import a ecore or xsd models into my diagram. I
have a custom view that can load in an XSD or ecore file and display the
imported classes datatypes etc... What I cannot figure out is how to save
the imported eClass definitions into the same file that the editor saves to.
I have a EMF model class that has an attribute of type EList and I add the
EClasses/EDatatypes etc... to the list via the custom view but if I then
save the GMF diagram file the imported classes do not get saved in the file.
Does anybody have any ideas on how to solve this problem?
