I have a table where I put a line border on the top of each cell in a row to
create a horizontal line across the whole table. Solid lines work fine, but
if I choose the dotted style, it only works in the preview or the HTML view,
not in the PDF view. Also, the = style line doesn't seem to work in any of
them.

Has anyone else run into this problem with the dotted line style on a table
cell border?
