BPEL Designer: Can not create a Project [message #6377]

I have a Problem with the BPEL Designer Plugin for Eclipse.

I installded the Designer with the Update function on eclipse. After that
I try to create a new "BPEL project" but nothing was there. I could only
create a BPEL process in an existing "normal Project". When I try create
only an "BPEL Process" without in an existing project, nothing happens.

So why can't i create a BPEL Project?

Can anybody help my, please
