Yes, not all widgets are supported. I've opened
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=140810 to track spinners.

If you're interested to add in support for it, then take a look at
org.eclipse.tptp.test.auto.gui.internal.recorder pacakge under the
org.eclipse.tptp.test.auto.gui plug-in. See
MacroCommandShell.createCommand(Event) on how commands get created using
incoming events. If you do code this, please consider applying a patch to
the defect. I will review and apply the patch as soon as I receive it. It
shouldn't take you more than couple of hours to add in support for it.
