RSE 1.0 M1 has been posted on
http://download.eclipse.org/dsdp/tm/rse-downloads/

Please read the release notes!

This took a bit longer to put together than we had hoped. Thanks for
your patience.

I am a eclipse-plugin developer coming from China. Now we plan to develop
a Target Management for our OS(elastos) .I find the extension point of RSE
core accord with our target. So,I want to know that what 's the time when
the RSE core code would released.
