How about an extension that:

- Reads tasks from a query
- Retrieves patches from that query
- Applies all the patches automatically to the projects in the workspace...

We have recently run into a case where we use teneo, emf, xtext, xpand with
the lastest 3.5 milestones. We introduced several pataches and submitted
them.

But the problem is to share the patches amongst the team we need to shae
workspaces or discard the source repository information from the projects
and use our own source repo - neither is productive and / or maintable.

What do you think?

Regards,
Hasan Ceylan

Hi Hasan,

Your use case is very specific, but on a more general level I think you
mean you want the actions that Mylyn or Eclipse as a whole provides to
be user scripable.

I propose that you think a bit about your ideaand submit a bug against
the e4 project, the next generation of Eclipse.
