Not yet. The WTP project has not yet had a release and is currently on
milestone builds for its first release. The first release should be in
July 2005.

Dan,

There were some discussions on getting update manager setup for WTP. We were
thinking of doing milestone updates. In fact, I've done an initial prototype
on it. If you are interested in this piece of the work, we can work on this
together and complete it. Feel free to ping me (jeffliu@ca.ibm.com) if you
are interested.
