Hi Sudha,
The Chart Dialog does not have any functionality to add custom label blocks
to the charts. The only 'fixed' labels you can access are the three titles
(chart title, y axis title, x axis title). The future 2.0 version will also
include a title for the legend.
What kind of label were you planning to add to the chart? If you just want
it besides the chart, then you could use a grid in the report, to layout
your label next to the chart item.
