I use Eclipse 2.1 (GTK+) together with CDT on a Red Hat 8 machine.

I just have a couple of questions:

Can I set the rate of the wheel scrolling? Right now it scrolls some 10
lines. Can I reduce this to a couple or more?

How do I use the code templates?
