Hello!
I need to store plugins on remote HTTP server. Does Eclipse allow this?
There are some mentionaings of plugins relocation but nothing about my
problem. Does -pluginspath

Do you want to run them from a remote server or store them and download
them ?

It looks like equinox project is very far from completion. So I want to
run
plugins from remote server as alternative of dynamic loading. As a matter of
fact it is enough to update plugins from remote server before Workbench
startup.
But updates are executed by Update plugin, so this is impossible.
