Hello.
Quite new to J2EE developpement, I'm currently trying to use the BIRT
report engine in a web application developped with Websphere 5.1.1 (based
on eclipse 2.x, which I know won't work with the whole BIRT project). I
had several problems running it (different version of js.jar, several
exceptions at runtime), so I'm feeling a little stuck after three days of
debugging and struggling to get it work. I just need to use the report
engine, so can anyone tell me if it is possible (or impossible)...?
I'm interested by any similar experience, or references regarding this. We
should switch to the next version of Websphere end of this year, but I
would need BIRT functionnalities before, so any tips are welcome.
