Eclipse User

At the Eclipse Project Creation Review meeting today, COSMOS officially
passed and has been established as a project.

Congratulations and THANK YOU to everyone on the COSMOS team who helped
our project reach this important milestone.

Toni and I have started filling out the required form for provisioning:
