How to load plugin at eclipse startup [message #60787]

at the startup time this module is not loaded and hence the listener
doesnt work. But once if I do some operations in the plugin (like
clicking its toolbar icon), then the listener works. Anybody who can help
me how to load the plugin at start time or if there are any other
solutions for this problem?
