Bug 207098 and Java Runtime [message #60026]

It would be really nice to get the above bug addressed as soon as
possible. It is causing all sorts of confusion, and questions from
people that can't get their PDT environment working. We have to handle
this issue almost on a daily basis in the #eclipse IRC channel.

It would also be nice if we could get one of the PDT committers to spend
a little bit of time in IRC just to see how many questions we do field
each day from PDT users.

Almost fixed. The following paragraph still can lead to the
misconception that a Java JRE is included:

PDT All-in-One package includes the complete set of software to start
using PDT immediately. This package already has PDT combined with the
complete set of prerequisites - you will not need anything else.
