I just installed TPTP in my Eclipse 3.1.2.
Actually, I've installed it twice. I tried once via the
download/unzip method, and when that didn't seem to add anything to
Eclipse, I did the "Find and Install ..." method.
I still don't have any new perspectives, views, or menu items.
As far as I can tell, it just isn't there.
Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?

You gave us the Eclipse version... what version of TPTP? Which version
of EMF/XSD?? What platform?
Did you try running eclipse -clean?
Give me a little more, and we'll get you through it.

Ok, I decided to start "clean".
Luckily I had made a backup of my Eclipse folder before attempting
this install.
I went to the page you gave, downloaded the EHP, XSD, TPTP, and Agent
Controller.
Installed all of them.
Nothing.
So I did an "Eclipse -clean".
NOW things are appearing in my Menus! Hallelujah!
