error.. I tried setting the env using setenv to the the mozilla home dir

Hi Sunanda,

this is a well-known error to me and it actually has to do with a missing library to open an
internal browser. If you use Ubuntu or Debian, look for

Package: libxul0d
Status: install ok installed
Priority: optional
Section: libs
Installed-Size: 13816

For other distros, you probably find a similiar package.

Thanks Jorge
I am using 64 bit version of SUSE 9.I am using a enterprise server so I
cannot install the xulrunner in there.
But I tried to get the xulrunner tar package locally from
http://developer.mozilla.org/En/XULRunner_1.9_Release_Notes
and did xulrunner --register-user and set MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME and
LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the directory. BUt still it does not work.
I am kind of stuck on this - don't know how to install the package locally
and which package.
I also tried xulrunner 1.8 version from the above URL
