I just extracted the tptp.sdk-TPTP-4.2.0-200602281515.zip file with no
problems. Sounds like an issue with your environment.

I can confirm this behaviuor. Windows Explorer zip extracter asked for
password, while Total Commander complained about disk full problems.
It was solved when I tried extracting the file from C:\Java, could it be
a problem related to lengthy filenames?

No, I don't think this would be caused by lengthy filenames, but it can be
caused by lenghthy paths to the files in the ZIP file. Please open a
defect here https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=TPTP and
choose the 'build' as its component.
