Missing Logfile or errormessage at headless build [message #57173]

Hi,

I want to setup an updatesite with one feature. This feature has currently
3 plugins .
Eclipse himself acts in a very non-predictable way. It deletes
build.xml-Files, I created from plugin.xml and so on.
So I try to setup a headless build.
After starting the PDE I am not getting any buildartifact, and I don't see
any logfile either.

Can you tell me where to look to see what happens or can you show me a
good tutorial?
