You have to install the XmlRpcPlugin for Trac and enable the XML-RPC access
type in the Mylyn repository properties. If you then create a task for Trac
using the latest Mylyn 3.0 version it will appear in the Unsubmitted
category in the task list. This does not require network connectivity and
you can reopen the task from there until submitted.
