Hi all,
I recently got a wireless network setup and have had problems using CVS
through eclipse. Formerly I would just use Team->Synchronize with
Repository to review changes and that worked well. After going wireless,
eclipse will get part of the way through comparing files then die with a
message, something along the lines of "connection lost with server" (not at
the wirelss computer at the moment to get the full message, sorry).
If I wire into the wireless access point with regular ethernet cable I have
no problems with team->sync.
I can commit and update single files or a few files at a time, but not more
than that.
I'm using Eclipse 2.1 on Win2k and connecting to a SourceForge repository.
Any help greatly appreciated,
steven

my girlfriend's roomate had this sort of problem. It sounds like a
proxy setting on your wireless, I am sure that eclipse isn't at fault.
