When attempting to bring up the Coverage Statistics view, I encounter the
following exception:

I have Eclipse 3.1.2, EMF 2.1.2, XSD 2.1.1 (though it said 2.1.2 when I
downloaded it) and TPTP 4.1.0.1 installed.

Thanks,
Mike

Seems like a strange issue.

1) Do you experience the same problem when you select different profiling
options?
2) Have you defined a custom filterset? If so, can you try profiling with
the default filterset to see if you have the same problem?
3) Can you profile to a file instead and post the trace file here? To
profile to a file: Select the profiling tab of your launch configuration
-> click on the destination tab -> Send profiling data to a file
