Can't set margins of the master-page [message #54704]

Hi list,

when I create a new report project and add a new report, in the outline
view I can see the automatically created master-page. Unfortunately, this
contains an error ('invalid margins'). I'm not able to set the margins,
this always results in:

java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "100,00"
at
java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(NumberFormatE xception.java:48)
at
java.lang.FloatingDecimal.readJavaFormatString(FloatingDecim al.java:1207)
at java.lang.Double.parseDouble(Double.java:220)
at
org.eclipse.birt.report.designer.internal.ui.views.attribute s.widget.Spinner.getSelection(Spinner.java:365)

Actually I would not care about this because I don't want to produce pdf,
but becuase of this bug my layout-view for the reports doesn't work
anymore...

Id there any way to switch off the masterpage?
Or any other idea?

We alreday get a bug reports this problem under German environment. We'are
working on it.

understand Florian correctly, he's saying that he is unable to move forward
right now because of this problem, so simplying knowing that it's a known
bug is not of much use.

Sorry if I sound frustrated, but it appears that I will be receiving no
community support as I begin to use BIRT, so I need to know if I'll will be
stumbling across these kinds of show-stoppers after investing a lot of time
& effort into implementing the product.

Chris,

I 'solved' the problem...
all plugins starting with 'birt.report' i took from the 1.0 version, the
rest from the milestone build. now it runs
